Terms of Service

ResuCVease (“the Service”) is a career workspace operated by Kurt Axcel Peñano. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

What the service is

• Tools for intake answers, CVs, applications, and interview prep
• Career drafts are kept in your browser; when you are signed in they also sync to your account so you can continue on another device
• Account data (email, plan, login activity, payment claims) is stored on our platform for sign-in and billing

Accounts

• Accounts are created or linked when you sign in with Google
• Before Continue with Google is enabled, you must agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy
• Keep your Google account secure
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or break these terms

Plans and payments

• Starter — free, with limited CV exports
• Pro — one-time ₱199 PHP, unlocked only after we verify payment
• To claim Pro you must:
  • Sign in
  • Pay via the published QR
  • Submit name on payment, reference, optional note, and proof (JPG, PNG, or PDF · max 10 MB)
• Claim details are used only to match your transfer to your account
• We may reject incomplete, forged, or automated claims
• Prices and features may change for new purchases; existing Pro grants remain unless fraud is found

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Attack, scrape abusively, or reverse-engineer for harm
• Impersonate others or upload malware
• Submit false payment claims or forged proofs
• Use the Service for illegal activity

Automated abuse may be rate-limited or blocked.

• The Service is provided “as is”
• Career outcomes are not guaranteed
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost opportunities, data loss on your device, or indirect damages
• Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law
